Namkeen Gosht|نمکین گوشت|وصفات اللحوم|Eid-Ul-Adha Special|Atika's Cuisine |Namkeen Gosht| |Ingredients| Mutton 1/2 Kg Tomatoes 1 Green Chillies 4 Salt 1/2 Tsp Ginger Powder 1/4 Tsp (Substitute for 1 Tsp Ginger) Cooking Oil 1/4 Cup |Method| 1. In a pan, add mutton, salt and 4 cups of water and cook it on low flame for 30-60 minutes. 2. Add cooking oil, ginger powder and green chillies and fry for 3-5 minutes. 3. Now add tomatoes into it and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. 4. Fry it for a while on high flame and garnish it with ginger or green coriander before serving. 5.
