Clear rules for a useful creator community.
These Terms govern access to and use of AdYobe.com, including creator profiles, communities, reviews, discovery and submitted content.
By using AdYobe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Platform purpose
AdYobe is a creator-discovery and creator-community platform where users can submit public video links, create creator profiles, explore eligible content, participate in reviews and collaborate with other creators. AdYobe does not facilitate incentivised watching or engagement exchanges.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age applicable in your country.
- You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms or appropriate permission.
- If acting for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Submitted content and creator profiles
You retain ownership of content you submit or link. You grant AdYobe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and process that content as reasonably required to operate and promote the platform. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
5. Creator communities
AdYobe members may create and participate in public or private creator communities. Public communities and discussions may be read without an AdYobe account. Private communities are restricted from ordinary non-members but are not hidden from authorised AdYobe administrators.
Community owners, administrators and moderators may manage activity according to their permissions. AdYobe administrators retain platform-level moderation access.
6. Creator reviews
AdYobe may allow creators to request feedback on titles, thumbnails, the first 30 seconds of a video or a creator/channel first impression. Review responses are community opinions only. Users must not manipulate review results, create duplicate votes or use automation to influence outcomes.
7. Prohibited activity
You must not:
- offer or participate in view-for-view, sub-for-sub or engagement exchanges;
- use bots, scripts, automated playback, refresh loops or deceptive techniques;
- manipulate statistics, reviews or platform safeguards;
- submit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, misleading or infringing content;
- use communities for spam, harassment, impersonation, coordinated abuse or manipulation;
- publish another person's private or sensitive information without permission or lawful justification;
- interfere with the platform or attempt unauthorised access; or
- violate YouTube's rules or those of another applicable third-party service.
8. Discovery and engagement
Eligibility, ordering and availability may change. AdYobe does not guarantee placement, views, watch time, likes, comments, subscribers, rankings, revenue or monetisation.
9. Moderation and termination
We may review reports and platform activity and may restrict, lock, disable or remove communities, discussions, replies, reviews, content or accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, security, policy compliance, support or legal obligations.
10. YouTube and third-party services
AdYobe uses embedded YouTube players and may use YouTube API Services. Use of YouTube content is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. AdYobe is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

12. Availability and disclaimers
AdYobe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, results or continued availability of third-party content. Read our Disclaimer.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdYobe will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from platform use, community interactions, creator reviews, third-party content or third-party decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms when the platform or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
