1. Independent creator platform

AdYobe is an independent creator-discovery, community and feedback platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by YouTube, Google or any other third-party platform.

2. No growth or engagement guarantees

AdYobe does not guarantee views, watch time, subscribers, likes, comments, ranking, revenue, channel growth, monetisation, collaborations or any other outcome. YouTube and other third-party platforms independently determine how activity is measured, counted, ranked or removed.

3. Creator reviews are directional feedback

AdYobe may allow members to give feedback on titles, thumbnails, the first 30 seconds of videos and creator/channel first impressions. These responses are opinions from individual community members. They are intended to provide useful direction and do not represent professional advice, a scientific prediction or a guarantee of improved performance.

A positive review result does not guarantee that viewers outside AdYobe will respond in the same way.

4. Creator profiles, communities and user-generated content

Creator profiles, communities, discussions, replies, reviews and other user-submitted material represent the users who provide them and not AdYobe. Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of what they publish.

Public creator profiles, public communities and public discussions may be visible to visitors. Private communities are restricted from ordinary non-members, but authorised AdYobe administrators may access them when reasonably needed for moderation, safety, support, abuse prevention, legal compliance or enforcement.

5. AdYobe activity measures

AdYobe may maintain internal activity measures, including AdYobe Hours, and may use them as part of platform eligibility, discovery or operational rules. These are AdYobe platform measures only. They are not YouTube watch hours and are not a guarantee that YouTube will count any view, watch time or engagement.

6. No reciprocal-engagement requirement

AdYobe does not require users to watch, subscribe, like, comment or otherwise engage with another creator in return for receiving engagement. Bots, automated playback, refresh loops, scripts and other artificial or manipulative engagement are prohibited.

7. Embedded videos and third-party services

AdYobe may display embedded YouTube videos and links to creator channels, websites or other third-party services. Those services control their own content, availability, tracking, privacy practices, terms and technical behaviour.

8. User responsibility

Users are responsible for submitted content, account activity, permissions and conduct, and for complying with applicable law and the rules of YouTube or any other service they use.

9. Moderation and safety

AdYobe may moderate, restrict, lock, remove or investigate content, accounts or communities where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance or enforcement. AdYobe cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content or conduct will be identified immediately.

10. Information only

Platform guidance, community discussions and creator feedback are provided for general informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, business, medical or other professional advice.

11. Availability and liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdYobe is not liable for losses arising from reliance on community feedback, user-generated content, third-party content, service interruption, collaboration decisions or third-party platform decisions. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
