This Privacy Policy explains how AdYobe.com ("AdYobe", "we", "our" or "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit or use the platform.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: username, first name, last name and email address.
• Creator profile information: display name, profile image, banner, bio, goals, collaboration interests, category, country, language, featured content and channel information you choose to provide.
• Submitted video information: YouTube URLs, titles, descriptions, categories and related information.
• Community activity: communities you create or join, membership roles, invitations, discussions, replies, referenced videos, images and moderation records.
• Creator review activity: review campaigns, review type, selected content, votes, optional feedback reasons and aggregate results.
• Contact information: your name, email address, subject and message when you contact us.
• Platform interaction information: selected features, link interactions, playback status, approximate viewing duration, playback-error reports, timestamps and other service activity.
• Technical information: IP address, browser, device, cookie identifiers, timestamps and diagnostic information.

2. Why we use information

We use information to provide accounts, creator profiles, video management, discovery, communities and creator reviews; protect the service; support moderation and safety; understand feature usage; respond to support requests; comply with legal obligations; and, where permitted, display advertising and measure site usage.

Depending on the activity, our lawful basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent or compliance with a legal obligation.

3. Public creator profiles

If you make your creator profile public, information you choose to publish may be visible to visitors and other creators. Review your profile before publishing it and avoid adding information you do not want to be publicly available.

4. Public and private creator communities

Public communities and their discussions can be read without signing in. Private communities are restricted from ordinary non-members, but they are not hidden from authorised AdYobe administrators.

Authorised administrators may access community content, membership details, discussions, replies and moderation records when reasonably needed for safety, abuse prevention, support, legal compliance or enforcement.

5. Creator reviews and feedback

When you create or participate in a creator review, AdYobe processes information needed to show the review, prevent duplicate voting and calculate results. Reviews may relate to titles, thumbnails, the first 30 seconds of a video or a creator/channel first impression.

Individual votes and optional feedback may be associated with the reviewing account internally to protect review integrity. Results shown to creators are intended to summarise community feedback.

6. YouTube and Google services

AdYobe uses embedded YouTube players and may use YouTube API Services. When YouTube content is loaded, Google and YouTube may receive device, browser, cookie, playback and interaction information. Your use of those services is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

7. Analytics, advertising, interactions and cookies

Subject to configuration and consent requirements, AdYobe may use analytics, advertising, embedded-content and site-measurement services. AdYobe may also record interactions with site features and links to understand feature usage, maintain security, diagnose issues and improve the service.

8. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with hosting, email delivery, security, analytics, advertising and embedded-content providers when needed to operate the platform, or where disclosure is required by law or to protect legal rights.

9. International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.

10. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for account operation, review integrity, community moderation, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations.

• Choose whether your creator profile is public where that setting is available.
• Manage community participation using available membership controls.
• Use available blocking and safety features.
• Manage non-essential communication preferences through available controls.
• Contact us about privacy or account-data requests.

12. Your data-protection rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the relevant authority in your country.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so you should also use a strong, unique password.

14. Children's privacy

AdYobe is not intended for children under 13. Where a higher minimum age or parental-consent requirement applies in a user's country, that local requirement must be followed.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the platform, its features or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
