March Madness This or That Workout | 13 Minute Basketball Workout or Medicine Ball Workout In this 13 minute workout featuring medicine ball agility exercises (that can also be done with a basketball), choose your favorite March Madness thing from two "this or that" options. Then do the 30 second basketball style exercise that follows! We also run through the exercises again to give you the chance to do all the exercises you missed in the first round...or just do the same ones again. The choice is up to you! It doesn't have to be March to do a March Madness workout. This applies to college basketball in general, so have fun with it all year long. It's a great PE activity for kids doing virtual learning or in PE fitness classes too.
