There are two types of public Tesla charging stations: Superchargers and Destination Chargers. Between the two types, there are over 19,000 in North America. The Supercharger network allows you to stay charged on the go. Plug in at a convenient location, grab a cup of coffee or a quick bite to eat, and get back on the road. With 20,000+ global Superchargers, the network gives you the freedom to travel. Until now, destination chargers have been free of charge, and available at specially marked charging points even for non-Tesla customers. A Supercharger can add between 142 and 175 miles of range to your battery in just 15 minutes, depending on which model you have. ...
