If you started YouTube again with 0 subscribers, what would you do differently?

Imagine your current channel disappeared and tomorrow you had to start again with zero subscribers. You keep everything you have learned - but none of your audience. What would you do differently during your first 30 days? Would you choose a narrower niche? Make better thumbnails? Research topics before recording? Start with Shorts? Upload less but focus more on quality? Share the first three things you would do. Your experience could be extremely useful to someone launching their first channel.

If I had to start again from zero, the first thing I’d do is pick a much more specific niche instead of trying to make videos about everything. Second, I’d research what people are actually searching for before recording anything. Third, I’d put a lot more effort into the title, thumbnail and first 30 seconds. I used to think uploading more videos was the answer, but now I think 10 good videos that people actually want to watch are worth much more than 30 rushed ones.
