If you could remake your first YouTube video, what would you change?

Think back to the first video you uploaded. If you could make it again today, what would you change? The opening? Audio? Lighting? Editing? Thumbnail? Title? Length? Confidence in front of the camera? You do not need to share the video unless you want to. Just share the biggest lesson you learned. New creators might avoid the same mistake after reading your answer.

For me, the biggest thing I would change is the opening. I used to spend too much time introducing myself and explaining what the video was going to be about. Now I’d get straight into the interesting part and give people a reason to keep watching. I’d also spend more time on the thumbnail and title. Looking back, making the video was only half the job! 😅
