How did you get your first 100 YouTube subscribers?

Every successful channel once had zero subscribers. For Pakistani creators who have already reached 100 subscribers: what actually helped you get there? Was it Shorts, YouTube search, Facebook sharing, WhatsApp, collaborations, better thumbnails, consistent uploading or finding the right niche? If you are still below 100, tell us what you are struggling with. Please share useful experiences rather than simply posting channel links.
