5 Minutes Shoulder workout - Anywhere | No Equipment's So you can workout your shoulders and keep that pump by doing this drill workout at home with only bodyweight to get those shoulder boulders working and pumping. You can follow the steps in the video with the countdown timer to challenge the circuit along with me . If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.
